Joshua R. Woodard, Attorney/Partner, Snell and Wilmer, Phoenix Law Offices.

Mr. Woodard is licensed in Arizona, California and Nevada with a practice concentrated in Labor and Employment law.  He advises and represents employer/management clients and has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal jurisdictions.

In addition to his law firm experience, he previously served as an in-house Vice President and General Counsel and brings a "real world" perspective to his clients.  He also instructs and trains in a variety of HR management areas (to several Fortune 500 companies).  Mr Woodard has made presentations to the Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Employers Council, Association of Corporate Counsels, Federal Express and McDonalds.

Mr. Woodard is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law with a J.D. degree (1990) and had been an Editor of the Southern Methodist University Law Review.
